“Not clean”

“Old Fashion but clean. Staff was courteous.”

“It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was questionable because there was a small kid toy on the floor when we walked in and a wash cloth thrown onto the TV stand.”

“Nothing fancy here, just a nice clean place to stay. Not as updated as other hotels but again, clean and comfortable. Smaller pool but it looked like kids were still having fun. Unique check in system but hey, it works. Breakfast again nothing fancy but all the basics. Would stay again.”

“Property was dated but okay consideting the location. Nice, but unhelpful staff. Had to ask 4 times to activate our second key card, even then the staff didn't take enough interest to follow me to the room to make sure it worked. Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast...

“This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year.”

“Everything was really good. I want to give a shoutout to Alaina who checked us in June 6 and also checked us out June 7. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and offered to help us if we had any questions or needed anything at all. She made us feel appreciated. Anyone who was a worker said hello with a smile as they saw us. Very nice staff at this property ”

“Clean and very comfy beds. Shower was great. Rooms were clean and great overall. Breakfast was really good. It’s an older property and a little rough on the exterior. Inside hallways and doors are a little rough as well but overall it’s a decent stay for the price. I would stay here again.”

“This campground is a work in progress. the owner is installing water and electric to improve the camping experience. It is a nice, peaceful area. The sites were a bit crowded but since it was nearly empty, that was not a concern. I'll be back.”

“Was quoted 108 dollars by Expedia which ended up being 138.00 per night. Probably wouldn't stay there again.”

“Breakfast was minimal with waffles about the only choice. Syrup was in a big bottle that had a pump that didn't work. There was also a slice or two of bread available for toast.”

“Coffeemaker didn’t work, hardly any bread choices, only 2 yogurt flavors.”

“Well apparently the owners do not live on the property but come there quite frequently to do work on the rooms. As far as the state itself the room was comfortable enough the AC got good and cold it did have a microwave and refrigerator”

“The breakfast was great. Room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. Both my partner and i woke up in pain from the bed. The front staff could havr been more informative as to times things close and when checkout is. She didnt give any information. ”

“We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!”
